Braces in Nagaland: Types & Timeline
The three main options
Metal braces
Ceramic braces
Clear aligners
How long does it take?
Most treatments run 12 to 24 months. Minor crowding can be faster; big bite corrections take longer. At your first consultation I give you a realistic timeline for your teeth — not an average.
Which should you choose?
- Budget and complex case: metal braces give the best result per rupee.
- Value near-invisibility and discipline isn't an issue: clear aligners.
Honestly, the "best" option is the one that fits your teeth, your life and your budget — which is exactly what a consultation is for. You can even drag a slider in our 3D Smile Studio to watch crooked teeth straighten.
Is my child the right age?
Around age 12–14 is common, once most adult teeth are in — but every child is different, and an early check by age 7 can spot issues worth watching. Adults, take heart: teeth move at any age, and a large share of my patients are grown-ups.
